Hate-Filled Site????

Well Anony, to help you understand this “hate-filled” site I’ve created this little quiz.

I would like everyone to take this quiz very seriously. I’ll post the answer later (Hint: One of those choices actually is a real answer).

is the answer C? and if it is whats my prize, if its a tithe reward I am not too impressed. City Business has already given me too many. March of 2002 I did win supertither of the month you know .

I’m not sure there’s a good answer for this one….
My computerized SAT trainer (yes, yes, now is a good time to poke fun at the nerdy homeschooler…just get it over with) taught me to construct little sentences for the analogy portion of the test. The trick is that if the first sentence accurately assesses the relationship between the first two objects and is reasonably broad, the second sentence should be able to be true with the right multiple choice answer. So here’s what I came up with:
The Morton boys critically analyze City Bible
as
City Bible critically analyzes ______?
A. Standing in the Gap
yeah, right….everybody knows that standing in the gap is, like, the will of God and stuff, so like, why would we, like, analyze it?
B. Apple
huh?
C. The Gays
almost….except for the fact that critical analysis demands some kind of education and actual contact, so that’s a no.
D. You guys are so stupid, I’m not taking this quiz
It doesn’t make any sense in the analogy, but it’s probably the closest thing we’d get to an answer from any of our anonymous yahoos.
So, let’s try another sentence:

as
City Bible provokes _____?
A. Standing in the gap
huh?
B. Apple
huh?
C. The Gays
well, again, maybe, but mostly the gays probably don’t care about City Bible because City Bible doesn’t care about them
D. You guys are so stupid. I’m not taking this quiz.
Now, that’s a little wacko again, but it makes some sense…I’ve definitely heard that as a response that CB has provoked….
Guess I flunk out, eh?

You misunderstand…I am not your “close companion”…I mistakenly stumbled on this most intreguing website of yours….and again…I am curious…please tell me EXACTLY what City Bible did to you to make to so filled with hatred and bitterness? I tried on my own to make sense out of the entries of different people…and about the only thing I get is that you think City Bible is only after the money….clue me in!

I give up, so please, tell me the answer. I was going to choose “C” because of the Morton’s negative perception of CBC…however, since that perception is based on years of experience, rooted in the Bible, and the Mortons haven’t sponsored state-wide initiatives to make CBC illegal, it isn’t at all synonymous to CBC’s perception of gays.
To the last Anon, if you want genuine answers from these bloggers, here’s a tip: don’t use any form of the word “bitter” in your posts. We don’t think we are bitter or, for that matter, full of hatred, so if you do think so, then we’re not even in the same library or same book, let alone on the same page. If reading all the previous posts don’t tell you what this is about, our direct answer to your question won’t, either.

You misunderstand, I am not your “close companion”. I am someone who sadly stumbled on your blog by complete accident,however, I am new at City Bible and am very curious what the church did to you to make you so filled with hatred and bitterness. The only thing I get out of the whole complaint seems to be about money….enlighten me!

I would have to say the answer is C
I come to this conclusion as I am sure that CBC says they care about the Morton boys and will continue to pray for them, yet at the same time they hope they never show up at their services. Same attitude as gays. They say they will pray for them and care for them but secretly hope they stay away.
Also gays and the Mortons are told that they are “loved” by CBC, but they(CBC) proceed to denounce “who they are” and everything they believe in.

To Anonymous who wants to know why I’m filled with hatred and bitterness.
The reason I’m filled with hatred is that I really wanted to be an elder at the church, but they told me I wasn’t qualified. As such, I became furious with the pastoral staff, I stopped going to the church and started this blog to get back at them.

To be honest, I’m just thrilled that a new member of City Bible Church “stumbled” upon our blog. They must hate us. I mean, if I was running that church, I know I would hate us.

I wouldn’t call your website hating, but I detect some sarcasm. I think people get angry to quick when people make comments about the pope or religion. It can be boring and outright dumb sometimes, but it is real and to many people it isn’t real so here is the conflict.
