Frank Damazio really is Revved up.
Posted on February 15th, 2006 by Reformed Pope into the Uncategorized, Pastor Hank categoryHere are the Top 10 reasons Frank Damazio is so revved up:
10. He just over paid his lawyers to send a “cease & desist” letter to the wrong guy.
9. He just heard Estes use the phrase “Damazio Schmazio”
8. He just found out his degree from PBC isn’t worth anything?
7. Starbucks refuses to name a drink “THE FRANK”?
6. Sharon refuses to call him Mr. Damachiato?
5. Robert Jameson just gave him the totals for parking passes sold for the upcoming Breakthrough conference?
4. Heard IRS is investigating Morton boys?
3. He received hundred’s of requests to pray for young single ladies to find a husband?
2. While listening to an old sermon he got to hear how HE pronounces City Bible Church?
And the number #1 reason Frank Damazio is so revved up is because:
1. He preaches in a giant boob?
Congratulations Locutus you are today’s big winner. I still laugh every time I read that.

You know this blog is mostly men because…only men would think giant boobs are #1.

That’s giant BOOB. The other one isn’t so nice.

It’s very common in women for one boob to be bigger than the other. So it really is a fairly accurate represenation of a woman’s breasts.

“The wise woman builds her house, but the foolish pulls it down with her hands.” (Pr 14:1 NKJV)
You seem to have a lot of information re: Frank and the church —- so that must mean this IS YOUR HOUSE you are pulling down? If you don’t like the House you are in why not find one that you can be wise in and BUILD up? If you spent the time BUIDLING in an atmosphere you find conducive to what you think church should be like — think about the results YOU could have —- just a thought

This is a very valid point, however, I got tired of watching everyone leave CBC and just ignore it’s problems. Someone needed to take a stand for righteousness (I know I’m a complete ass for using that word…it makes me laugh though)…anyway, someone needed to take a stand against the crap CBC was pushing. That someone was us.
I could build up my own house and in many ways I do, it’s just not as publicly documented.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

For starters Reformed Pope isn’t a woman.
Gbyroy, do you really think your holier-than-thou tone inspires anything at all? It just makes you sound judgmental.

Wayne I’m sorry if my “tone” seemed holier than anything — it wasn’t meant to — please forgive me. I’m very familiar with CBC (though I do not attend and live out of state) but as a first time visitor to the page who took time to read many entries — was quite “frankly” surprised that so much time and effort had been put into finding what was wrong with Frank personally and of the church corporately. It is apparent that people who have been hurt have taken opportunity to express it — and I don’t judge them. The House of God is a precious thing to me — so much so that I’ve given my life for it as you possibly have too. At the end of the day there are many models of church that I can not personally espouse —- In a time when I was possibly more an idealist, I saw myself as a reformer and tried to bring change to those systems that did not find my approval. Today, maybe still an idealist, I give every ounce of my energy to build what I believe God has called me to build. I let that speak for itself. My comment was meant to reflect that spirit — one of establishing the ideal — through building. You obviously care about God and His church — I simply wanted you and others to take what you have and place it where you can find all that is your heart to find. — be blessed.

What is the House of God, gbyroy?
Since that’s a loaded question, please read Acts 7:48, Acts 17:24, Matthew 23:38 before you answer it.
Wouldn’t hurt to read 1 Corinthians 3:16 and 1 Corinthians 6:19 too.

As you have noted — it has always been people, living stones built together
