Haven’t seen jiminy around lately. McDonalds must be having a blowout sale….somebody better call ahead and tell them to stock up on the quarter patties.
I think the logos all sucked real bad. Nobody has any solutions, just problems around here.
Catalyst…you need to let me start posting the big ones. The numbers are thinning out like a bitter ermerging-church parishioners bank statement. It’s a bad case of Malachiitis. There’s only one cure for that. TITHING!!!!! woo-hoo!!!!!!

I’m pretty sure that you are crazy, but whatever. Catalyst and I welcome your posts. IF you can do a better job than we can…have at it.
Send us a post. If it doesn’t cross to many lines (Yes, we get to be the judge of that) we’ll put it up there.
The one thing I’m surprised of is how you get away with spending so much time on our site while being up at CBC. Don’t you have work or school to get to??? And aren’t you afraid one of the pastors will walk in and see you?

Well, I can think of 2 reasons:
1) Slander. Obviously nobody wants to get sued and lose.
2) The guy is nuts. Who knows what he would put up, if unrestricted. It just wouldn’t be smart.
I know catalyst and JP would be very happy if other people helped out and submitted some posts. I doubt they’ll censor (much), if at all. As long as it rings true in some small way, and is funny.

Henri, I expected that kind of milquetoast response from you, you moron. (Do I hear Jiminy echoing your same pansy sentiments?) Pull your head out of JP’s ass and call this what it is: hypocritical cherry picking. Let FB post his thoughts in their entirety without censorship or wear the scarlet letter of the very thing everyone around here loves to pick on.
And by the way, if everything has to be so funny, why the hell are the Morton’s posting ridiculous crap like “Logo Contest” and “Frank Facts”? That isn’t funny… it isn’t even mildly clever. It’s Steve Urkel at amateur comedy night. It’s Bea Arthur at clown college.

Well, freedom of speech only goes so far before it runs into the law. I don’t think it’s in catalyst’s or PJ’s desire to get themselves arrested over…. a blog.
If you have a problem with the way this blog operates, then go set up your own… then you’ll be free to post whatever you want about whomever you want. Heck, I’ll even give you web hosting if you want it.
“Cherry picking” is at the blog owners discretion… Don’t like it? Then go be the owner of your own blog.
:)
BTW - I think the logo contest and the whole logo thing is funny.

This is a blog, people….no one outside the blog knows about it or really cares about it. It’s a microcosm, and in a way, it’s a dictatorship. That’s the whole point…don’t make it a moral issue. Also, may I point out that y’all are and have been completely free to say whatever you want in the comments section, and knowing as I do that some very active dialogues have happened in the comments, people are obviously reading them and paying attention. So, FB & co., here’s a tissue, and it’s time to stop your whining…your voice hasn’t been censored or silenced. Everyone is free here to make as big an ass out of themselves as they choose (as we’ve all proven on a number of occasions), and lots of faithful readers are still hanging on your every word. Do us all a favor and give up faux blog drama for Lent.
