Vote For Wendell
Posted on October 28th, 2006 by Samaritan into the Uncategorized categoryIn CLF Update , Casual Observer asked about Wendell Smith running for office:
I was responding to the comment about someone running for office … I assumed that the comment was about Wendell Smith possibly running … If Wendell Smith runs, I assume his meddling in the affairs of other churches would be baggage.
Well CO, looks like a case of "like father, like son".

I don’t think Wendell is considering running for office, though he did just start a church plant in Washington DC.
Let’s just say, I think it would difficult for a Conservative Evangelical to win an election in Seattle. He’d have better luck moving to Idaho or Montana. Someone let me know if he starts a church-plant in Missoula.

I wonder if WS is secretly coveting the Oval Office (in his heart of hearts)?– would his type stoop low enough to run a state like Washington? and especially not as lowly as Idaho or Montanans–. , most folks in Seattle think they are truly more superiorIdahoans (Idahoans and Montanans shrug off Seattleans as MetroSexuals which just means they are just a bunch of pansies that can’t ride horses or drive pick up trucks, so it’s mutual.) Back to the issue, perhaps WS and Doctor Dobson are working out a deal. Now I can see it, but which one would give in to number 2 position of Vice President?

It’s probably a good thing that I’m not living in Seattle any more.
You’d probably dig my pickup, Emigre - a 2 tone blue ‘77 F150 4×4 with dual exhaust.
The term “Metrosexual” makes me wonder if out here in the ‘farming belt’ the city slickers would call us “ElmerSexuals” (as in ‘Elmer Fudd’ for you youngsters).
