2. Well, it seemed a rather serious effort, until I saw his list of “safe bands” and “gay bands”. Apparently, just about ever artist ever is gay including Frank Sinatra. And Elton John is listed twice because he’s “really gay”.

   But…you can listen to Cyndi Lauper??? I guess they feel that it’s OK to “She Bop”! (As long as you’re thinking about the opposite sex, right?)

   I think this guy has made his point, but I think he’s going about it the wrong way because obviously no one is getting it.

   Her fifth album, Sisters of Avalon (released in Japan in 1996 and everywhere else in 1997) brought her back into the limelight. With subject matter even more adult than before, it was quickly embraced by the gay community everywhere for its dance and club stylings. The topical themes of the album also contributed to its “pink” appeal: the song “Ballad of Cleo and Joe” addressed the complications of a drag queen’s double life, “Brimstone and Fire” painted a portrait of a lesbian relationship, and “You Don’t Know” tackled the thorny issue of coming out. The album’s singles were remixed to great acclaim, and Lauper began performing as a featured artist at gay pride events around the world.

   Either Donnie clueless or this is an elaborate hoax. I think it has to be the latter.

7. Hard to figure – lame guitar in the video though. Clearly an air-guitarist – lip-sync sucked too.

   The thing that bugged me and leaves me with mixed feelings was the follow up video – what trows me is his eyes – there’s a lot of pent up anger behind them …

   Don’t know if he’s serious or what, based on the 2 vids.

   He’s done other comedic parts, and enjoys the shock approach to comedy.
